Attention Parents! We are excited to introduce a fun and engaging Kickboxing Basics class specially designed for 3 to 5-year-olds! This class is the perfect way to introduce your little ones to martial arts in a safe, structured, and playful environment.
Basic Movements: Simple punches, kicks, and footwork.
Fun Drills: Interactive games to develop coordination and balance.
Fitness & Strength: Age-appropriate exercises to build confidence and motor skills.
Discipline & Respect: Learning the fundamentals of listening, following instructions, and teamwork.
Comfortable Clothing: No uniform required—just comfy clothes and lots of energy!
Be On Time: Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle to keep your little one refreshed.
Parent Viewing: Parents are welcome to watch and cheer them on.
